Return & Exchange Policy

At Back Bencher, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are pleased to offer a straightforward exchange policy for all our valued customers across Pakistan. Please review the guidelines below to ensure a smooth exchange process.

Exchange Guidelines:

  1. Initiating an Exchange: To request an exchange, please return the original item(s) to us along with a fully completed Exchange Form (included in your package).

  2. Shipping & Courier Charges: Please note that we do not offer a reverse pickup service. Customers are responsible for arranging the return shipment and covering the initial return courier charges.

  3. Processing Your Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s) along with the Exchange Form, our team will contact you. You will then be authorized to place a new order on our website for the exchange item(s). The new order value must be equal to or greater than the original item's price.

  4. Finalizing Your Exchange: After placing your new order online, please WhatsApp your new order number to 0321-6276481. This allows our team to waive the Cash on Delivery (COD) charges for the replacement item.

  5. Delivery of Exchange Order: Back Bencher will ship your replacement order back to you with free delivery (no additional shipping charges).

Order Tracking & Delivery

How can I track my order? Once you place an order on our website, you will receive an initial SMS confirming your order number and the Cash on Delivery (COD) amount. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a second SMS containing a tracking link. You can use this link to check the real-time status of your delivery at any time.

How long does delivery take? Standard delivery typically takes 4 to 5 working days from the date your order is placed.

Which courier companies do you use? We currently partner with trusted courier services, including PostEx and Call Courier, to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.

Order Changes & Inventory

How can I cancel my order? If you need to cancel your order, please call us at 0321-6276481 within 6 hours of placing it. Once an order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

Does adding an item to my shopping cart reserve it? No, items added to your shopping cart are not reserved and remain available for other customers to purchase. To avoid items selling out, we recommend completing your checkout promptly.
