At Back Bencher, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction across Pakistan. Please review our exchange guidelines below:
Terms & Conditions

Eligibility Period: All exchange requests must be initiated and dispatched within 7 days of receiving your package. Articles received after 7 days will not be eligible for exchange.

Return Shipment: Customers are required to send the article(s) back to us along with the completed Exchange Form.

No Pickup Service: We do not offer reverse pickup services. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back via a reliable courier.

Courier Charges: Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

Exchange Value: Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item and completed form, our team will contact you. You may then place a new order for an amount equal to or greater than the original purchase price.

Placing the New Order: Once your new order is placed, please WhatsApp your New Order Number to 0321-6276481 so our team can update it to eliminate Cash on Delivery (COD) charges.

Free Dispatch: Your replacement order will be dispatched to you free of additional delivery charges.
